About All Access

Journeys All Access offers three different levels.

• General Admission is the basic level given during sign-up.
• Front Row is earned after spending $200+ within 12 months. This unlocks additional rewards and exclusive offers.
• Lastly, Ultimate Access is earned after spending $500+ within a 12 month period. You will receive all benefits of Levels 1 and 2, plus additional rewards and exclusive offers, including earning 2x the points for every dollar spent.

Earning points is made easy by simply buying your favorite brands and accessories!

• Each completed purchase will earn 10 points per every dollar spent. Members that are in the Ultimate Access tier will earn 20 points per dollar spent.
• Points are determined after any discounts are applied and before taxes. The more dollars spent, the more points accumulated!
• Earning points unlocks member-only exclusives such as dollar-off rewards, exclusive invites, surprise savings, and more.
• There is no limit to points earned. Members can choose to save their points for a higher reward with the understanding that points do expire 12 months from the date earned.

Keeping up with your points and rewards is easy. We do it for you! Anytime you purchase items using the email address associated with your membership, we add your points within 24 hours of the purchase. Rewards will be unlocked with the more points you earn and will become available to use as soon as you meet the point requirements.

Once you have opted into Journeys All Access, you will be provided with a dashboard that houses all of your points and rewards once you sign in.
